This is preventing all new wholesale account setups, as well as checkouts for current wholesale accounts. If you are a current wholesale customer, you can send your order to us (items and quantities) via email. We will manually enter your order and send your invoice to you for payment. We hope to see this issue resolved soon. This message will be removed when functionality is restored.
